Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross‑functional technology initiatives including cloud migrations, enterprise application implementations, ITSM lifecycle deployments, new office builds, and security foundation programs. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical, operational, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects including:

• Cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, M365)

• Enterprise and SaaS application implementations

• ITSM platform lifecycle implementations (e.g., ServiceNow)

• New office / greenfield builds (network, infrastructure, end‑user readiness)

• Security foundations and baseline initiatives

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies

• Coordinate internal IT teams, vendors, and third‑party partners

• Support go‑live planning, change management, and operational handoff

• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and IT governance standards

• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to technical and business stakeholders

  Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Project Manager

• Proven experience delivering cloud, infrastructure, and application projects

• Experience with ITSM tools, enterprise platforms, and vendor management

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security fundamentals

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools

• Exposure to security baselines, compliance, or framework‑aligned initiatives

• Experience supporting new office builds

• PMP, ITIL, Agile, or similar certifications preferred
