Description

Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Assistant available for contract work. This Human Resources Assistant position is the perfect opportunity for someone who has been looking to learn or gain more experience in Payroll. The Human Resources Assistant will help to support the Payroll Team in addition to various administrative/clerical tasks. The role is onsite with a Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 530 PM schedule.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant:

-Data entry

-Adding new hires to the company system

-Scanning emails

-Working with external and internal vendors / customers

-Back up to the front desk

Requirements

• Must have strong and accurate typing skills

• Able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work well independently and part of a team

• Human Resources background / experience is a plus

• Administrative / Data Entry experience required

• Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook and Excel)

• Flexible and adaptable to take on a variety of tasks and projects
