Our client, a leading manufacturing/engineering organization , is seeking a Project Scheduler (Level II) to join their team. As a Project Scheduler, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting project managers and cross-functional technical teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Scheduler (Level II)
Location: Mason, OH 45040, United States
Pay Range: $30.60 – $31.45/hour
What’s the Job?
Coordinate project schedules, including tasks and subtasks with project managers and technical teams
Develop and maintain an effective scheduling management system
Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
Identify potential delays and support corrective actions proactively
Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed
What’s Needed?
3–5 years of experience in project scheduling or project coordination (Level II)
Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to schedule changes
