Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing/engineering organization , is seeking a Project Scheduler (Level II) to join their team. As a Project Scheduler, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting project managers and cross-functional technical teams . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Scheduler (Level II)

Location: Mason, OH 45040, United States

Pay Range: $30.60 – $31.45/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate project schedules, including tasks and subtasks with project managers and technical teams

  • Develop and maintain an effective scheduling management system

  • Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery

  • Identify potential delays and support corrective actions proactively

  • Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed

What’s Needed?

  • 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling or project coordination (Level II)

  • Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to schedule changes
