Pay Rates
$21/hour – 1st Shift
$23/hour – 2nd Shift (includes $2.00 shift differential)
$1.00/hour pay increase once hired on directly
About the Role
We’re expanding our manufacturing team and looking for motivated Production Laborers to join a clean, temperature-controlled facility where safety, quality, and teamwork come first. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of daily operations—supporting production lines, handling materials, and contributing to the creation of high-quality products, including gummy production.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, prefer steady schedules, and are seeking long-term growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
Unbag, unpack, and stage ingredients and supplies for production
Assist machine operators by replenishing materials and removing completed products
Load, unload, stack, and move materials safely (frequent lifting of 50+ lbs )
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
Follow all safety policies, GMPs, and company procedures
Perform general labor and production support tasks as needed
Read labels, follow written instructions, and complete basic production documentation
Perform basic math to count, track, and verify materials
Remain active and on your feet throughout 10-hour shifts in a production setting
What We’re Looking For
Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical work
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the entire shift
Basic English reading ability (safety rules, labels, work instructions)
Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Team-focused mindset with flexibility to assist where needed
Preferred Experience
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production
Experience in GMP, food, or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with basic equipment or light mechanical troubleshooting
Exposure to PLCs, hydraulics, or welding is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
