Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the HR support team, providing essential administrative and customer service support to employees and HR colleagues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

What's the Job?
Answer inbound calls related to payroll inquiries, LOA, and other employee questions, providing clear and accurate information.
Partner with the Payroll team to resolve payroll-related issues and direct employees to the appropriate resources.
Document employee data changes, prepare performance reports, and handle communications efficiently.
Support day-to-day HR functions such as employee verifications, tuition reimbursement processing, and policy questions.
Utilize case management and call management software, including ServiceNow, to track and resolve employee inquiries.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
Strong understanding of timekeeping and payroll logic, with the ability to answer payroll inquiries confidently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel; experience with case management software like ServiceNow is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills to handle complex inquiries accurately.
Spanish language skills are highly preferred to support a diverse employee base.
