Our client, a leading medical device and healthcare organization , is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist I to join their team. As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Clinical Operations department supporting clinical study teams and cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , attention to detail , and effective communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$30 – $35 per hour
What’s the Job?
Support clinical trial operations, including device lifecycle management and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate device shipments, inventory tracking, and confirmations with clinical sites
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams
Manage clinical documentation, file archiving, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Track and coordinate clinical study invoices, reporting, and payment processing
What’s Needed?
1–2+ years of patient-facing experience in clinical research, healthcare, or similar setting
Current CPR and First Aid certification from an accredited provider
Experience supporting clinical operations, coordination, or documentation processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
Preferred: Background as EMT, Medical Assistant, or related clinical role; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
