Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our production team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves assembling custom filter products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must have hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments to ensure precision and product quality. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and maintaining consistent production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and work instructions
Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools
Read and interpret basic blueprints or assembly instructions
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Work with team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of assembler or manufacturing experience
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measurement tape required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
