Foreman (WEEKLY PAY and FULL TIME)
Job Description
The Foreman will oversee and manage a construction crew, ensuring all work is performed according to OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies. The role involves scheduling materials and equipment, analyzing crew and site SIPs, and maintaining accurate records and cost control. The Foreman will also lead site meetings, communicate effectively with customers, and uphold company values and culture.
Responsibilities
Perform all work according to OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies.
Record daily events in job diary.
Schedule materials, equipment, and work for the crew.
Analyze crew SIPs to create site SIPs.
Obtain quantities from crews and prepare for billing process with Project Manager.
Analyze cost reports for production adjustments.
Accurately code and control onsite costs.
Conduct site meetings.
Attend E&S meetings and Job Turnover meetings.
Essential Skills
Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical skills including probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts to practical situations.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills including internet, email, and the use of digital cameras for work documentation.
Driver’s license and clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Two years of related experience and/or training.
Supervisory experience.
OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
