Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee changes in our HRIS system (SAP) – includes, hires, terms, leaves, role changes, etc.

• Onboard new hires

• Lead and track engagement activities

• Lead and track community involvement activities

• Be a sounding board for employees who have concerns, act as a confidential resource

• Interact with the workforce in the warehouse to build relationships

• Provide HR support to the facility manager and supervisor as needed

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in human resources preferred

• Previous administrative or HR support experience is an asset but not required

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems quickly

• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
