Description We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to support inventory operations for a contract assignment in Midland, Texas. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate records, tracking materials, and helping ensure dependable stock control in a fast-paced energy environment. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, asset accountability, and routine counting activities while following pre-employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records by receiving, logging, updating, and reconciling stock and asset information.

• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory activities to confirm quantity and location accuracy.

• Monitor material movement and investigate discrepancies between recorded balances and actual on-hand inventory.

• Organize inventory storage areas to support efficient identification, handling, and retrieval of parts and equipment.

• Prepare inventory reports and documentation for internal stakeholders, highlighting count results and variances.

• Coordinate with operations and warehouse personnel to verify asset status, usage, and proper recordkeeping.

• Support compliance with site procedures related to inventory control, material handling, and documentation standards. Requirements • Experience with inventory tracking, asset control, or stockroom support in an industrial, warehouse, or energy-related setting.

• Working knowledge of physical inventory processes, including cycle counts and annual inventory verification.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify inconsistencies.

• Ability to use inventory systems, spreadsheets, or related tools to enter and review data reliably.

• Comfortable working in a structured environment that requires organization, follow-through, and time management.

• Must be able to complete pre-employment screening requirements.

• Availability to work a contract assignment in Midland, Texas.
