Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves active participation in loading and unloading trucks within our warehouse, as well as occasional ride-alongs to customer locations for deliveries. Our Portland branch offers localized residential moves, corporate relocations, warehousing, and specialized commercial transport.
Responsibilities
Physically load and unload inventory
Support daily warehouse operations with a focus on organization and process consistency
Adapt to support warehouse projects as needed
Work independently to complete repetitive tasks with minimal supervision
Essential Skills
Comfortable standing all day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
General understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
High level of professionalism and reliability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Warehouse experience
Forklift experience is a plus
Customer service skills are valuable for customer-facing roles upon conversion

Work Environment
Work in a spacious 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse located in NE Portland. The warehouse maintains relatively cool temperatures during the summer. This is an active, hands-on role that requires movement throughout the shift, with occasional post-conversion ride-alongs to customer locations for delivery.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
