Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Assistant to support event operations in Scottsdale, Arizona. This Contract position involves interacting with attendees, assisting with registration, and ensuring smooth event management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to address attendee needs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees at the entrance and distribute event materials such as bags and printed information.

• Prepare and organize attendee bags by stuffing them with necessary printed materials.

• Assist in the registration area, ensuring that badges and lanyards are handed out efficiently.

• Monitor access to the ballroom and confirm that all individuals entering have the appropriate badge and lanyard.

• Redirect attendees without proper credentials to the registration counter and provide clear guidance.

• Collaborate with event staff to address any attendee concerns promptly and effectively.

• Ensure conference room setups align with event requirements.

• Support scanning operations when required to maintain attendee records. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or event operations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable speaking up and providing direction when needed.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Familiarity with scanning equipment and processes is a plus.
