Machine/Mixer Operator | $20-21 HR | All Shifts Available

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Mixer Operators to join our team on the 3rd shift. With two openings available, the shift runs from Sunday to Thursday, 11 pm to 7:30 am, and candidates must be open to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret product formulas and batch sheets accurately.

• Follow written procedures precisely and document all work meticulously.

• Operate mixing kettles and multiple pieces of production equipment.

• Use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) touchscreens for kettle operations.

• Verify and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) for food safety.

• Perform sanitation duties, including operating Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems.

• Set up product transfer pathways and operate diaphragm pumps.

• Weigh ingredients and finished products using production scales.

• Continuously swab and clean cooking equipment as required.

Work Environment

Work in a GMP environment where safety and cleanliness are prioritized. The facility prohibits jewelry, fake eyelashes, and piercings. Some areas may be cold, but jackets are provided for comfort. The floors may be wet, yet the facility remains well-lit and relatively comfortable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.38 - $21.38/hr.
