Job Description
Are you a CNC programmer with a passion for precision and efficiency? We're seeking a talented individual to join our manufacturing team. If you excel at creating and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations and enjoy working with CAD/CAM software, this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Do:
Develop and Optimize CNC Programs: Create and refine programs for diverse machining operations.
Ensure Precision: Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in production.
Operate CNC Machines:Manage and operate CNC mills and lathes.
Transform CAD Files:Convert CAD files into CAM programs using software like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and Inventor.
Program at the Machine:Utilize your G-Code expertise for on-machine programming.
Boost Production:Handle both long and short production runs to enhance productivity and support future contracts.
Multi-Machine Operation: Operate multiple machines, including 5 CNC mills and 2 CNC lathes, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with CNC mills, preferably Haas
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and Inventor
Understanding of G-Code for programming at the machine
Mechanical understanding and familiarity with geometry
Experience with Mastercam programming
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
At least 1 year of on-the-job experience in CNC programming and operation
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Mills and Lathes:Preference for experience with mills.
Technical Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.

Work Environment
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with potential for up to 45 hours depending on workload.
Clean Facility:Rebuilt and cleaned out, ensuring an organized and tidy space.
Dress Code:Pants year-round and safety boots required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
