Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage production team members (hiring, training, performance, discipline)

• Execute daily production schedules and meet output targets

• Ensure product quality through process checks and quick issue resolution

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance (PMs)

• Monitor inventory, material flow, and production tracking for accuracy

• Train and cross-train employees to support flexible staffing

• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment

• 1–2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience

• Strong leadership and employee development skills

• Experience with production scheduling and hitting output goals

• Knowledge of quality processes and troubleshooting production issues

• Familiarity with equipment maintenance coordination

• Ability to stay active on the floor (walking 4–6 hours/day)

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience in steel or metal manufacturing

• Familiarity with CNC machines, saws, or plasma cutting

• Knowledge of gearboxes or industrial mechanical systems

• Inventory management or production planning system experience

• Experience onboarding and training new employees

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $92000.00/yr.
