Job Title: General Production Worker - $18/hr

Job Description

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling turbocharger components and related parts in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble turbocharger components and subassemblies according to manufacturing and work instructions.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and wrenches to perform assembly tasks accurately.

  • Operate basic machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Rotate every 3 hours to different stations to ensure smooth production.

  • Inspect and handle parts, ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Place parts in fixtures and move materials as required.

  • Lift parts into or out of machines, and line up nuts/bolts using electric tools.

Essential Skills

  • Proven ability to follow processes accurately.

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read basic instructions.

  • Good tenure in previous positions (no frequent job changes).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical work preferred.

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr.
