Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $35.50/hour
Schedule: 24/7 Operation – Open availability required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts
Partner with operations to troubleshoot issues during live production
Assist with training initiatives and help drive process improvements
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience supporting conveyors, robotics, or automated systems
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with CMMS systems
Knowledge of automation controls and safety standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
