Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay: $35.50/hour

Schedule: 24/7 Operation – Open availability required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

This is an opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working with advanced systems, and making a direct impact on operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Partner with operations to troubleshoot issues during live production

  • Assist with training initiatives and help drive process improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Experience supporting conveyors, robotics, or automated systems

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with CMMS systems

  • Knowledge of automation controls and safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
