Job Title: Driver Helper / Merchandiser
Position Overview
Join a fast-paced, high-volume retail support team serving the St. Paul metro area. In this hands-on role, you’ll travel to multiple retail locations daily, stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, active work, thrive in dynamic environments, and can manage their day independently. This is a time-sensitive opportunity — priority will be given to candidates who are compliant and ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to 2–8 retail locations per day using your personal vehicle within the St. Paul metro area
Follow assigned routes or report to a designated starting point each morning
Transport product or work with pre-delivered merchandise at each location
Load and unload products using pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies
Stock shelves efficiently and in alignment with company and store standards
Build, maintain, and refresh merchandise displays to drive product visibility
Organize backstock and sales floor areas to maintain a clean, professional appearance
Manage daily route schedules independently to ensure all stops are completed on time
Maintain professional relationships with store personnel and deliver excellent customer service
Follow all safety procedures across retail, warehouse, and route environments
Perform physically demanding tasks including frequent lifting, bending, pulling, and twisting
Physical Requirements
Lift and move 45–65 lbs consistently throughout the day
Occasionally lift up to 125 lbs (e.g., kegs)
Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
Drive and sit for extended periods between stops
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments , including varying weather conditions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse, merchandising, general labor, or other physically demanding roles
Experience using pallet jacks and two-wheel dollies
Ability to safely load, unload, and transport products
Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding work consistently
Comfortable interacting with store personnel in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route without direct supervision
Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in route delivery or field-based roles
Strong time management and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Familiarity with retail and warehouse tools and processes

Work Environment & Schedule
Location: St. Paul metro area (route-based role)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
End times vary based on route completion (some days may end early; others may extend past 5:00 PM)
Daily travel between multiple retail locations is required
Work performed in a mix of indoor retail spaces and outdoor conditions
This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
