Position: Installer
Pay Rate: Starting at $22hr Location: Clermont, Iowa
Travel: Overnight travel required. Company paid hotels and $45 meal per diem.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Installer to
join our team in Clermont, IA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on
work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast‑paced construction
environment. You’ll work on a variety of installation projects across
residential, commercial, and agricultural settings.
Key Responsibilities
Installation Work — Install building materials, equipment, and related components according to project specifications.
Site Preparation — Prepare job sites, including measuring, cutting, and staging materials.
Equipment Operation — Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and job‑specific equipment.
Quality Assurance — Ensure all work meets required standards and customer expectations.
Team Collaboration — Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Safety Compliance — Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
Prior installation or construction experience preferred, but willing to train. Looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, proficient with hand/power tools.
Willingness to do overnight travel 40-50 weeks out of the year. All travel projects are throughout Iowa.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
