Job Summary

Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and reassembly of commercial aircraft structures and systems, with a primary focus on Boeing aircraft. Work from engineering drawings and maintenance manuals to support line maintenance, A‑checks, and heavy maintenance activities in a fast‑paced hangar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft structures (wings, fuselage, landing gear)

• Perform cleaning and detailed inspections to identify wear, corrosion, or damage

• Conduct A‑checks on Boeing aircraft following approved documentation

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

• Support line and heavy maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft

• Troubleshoot structural and system discrepancies

• Accurately document all maintenance performed

• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Work collaboratively with technicians, inspectors, and engineering teams

• Maintain personal tools and support a 24/7 operation schedule

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Entry‑level to intermediate experience in aircraft maintenance

• A&P license (or recent graduates / equivalent military experience considered)

• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals and engineering drawings

• Hands‑on experience or training with aircraft structures and airframes

• Familiarity with Boeing aircraft preferred; Airbus experience a plus

• Comfortable working flexible shifts in a 24‑hour operation

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance

Preferred Experience

• Airframe‑focused maintenance background

• Widebody aircraft exposure (e.g., Boeing 767 or similar)

• Military or commercial aviation maintenance environment

• Interest in advancing into lead or supervisory roles

• Willingness to maintain a required personal tool set

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
