Job Summary
Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and reassembly of commercial aircraft structures and systems, with a primary focus on Boeing aircraft. Work from engineering drawings and maintenance manuals to support line maintenance, A‑checks, and heavy maintenance activities in a fast‑paced hangar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft structures (wings, fuselage, landing gear)
Perform cleaning and detailed inspections to identify wear, corrosion, or damage
Conduct A‑checks on Boeing aircraft following approved documentation
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Support line and heavy maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft
Troubleshoot structural and system discrepancies
Accurately document all maintenance performed
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with technicians, inspectors, and engineering teams
Maintain personal tools and support a 24/7 operation schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
Entry‑level to intermediate experience in aircraft maintenance
A&P license (or recent graduates / equivalent military experience considered)
Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals and engineering drawings
Hands‑on experience or training with aircraft structures and airframes
Familiarity with Boeing aircraft preferred; Airbus experience a plus
Comfortable working flexible shifts in a 24‑hour operation
Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
Preferred Experience
Airframe‑focused maintenance background
Widebody aircraft exposure (e.g., Boeing 767 or similar)
Military or commercial aviation maintenance environment
Interest in advancing into lead or supervisory roles
Willingness to maintain a required personal tool set

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
