Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.

• Present recommendations for resolving situations, exercising independent judgment while understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Provide information and support to client personnel involved in Business Execution activities.

• Support testing efforts for SAS and .Net solutions related to Benefits Administration, ensuring quality and functionality.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making processes.

• Experience supporting testing for SAS and .Net solutions is preferred.
