Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
The Assembly Technician will build custom printing machinery by reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders, assembling mechanical and electrical components, and performing functional testing to ensure high-quality, reliable equipment. This role involves both bench work and handling larger equipment using material-handling devices in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of mechanical assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders.
Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly of equipment and projects, rather than high-volume assembly line work.
Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and related parts with precision and care.
Capability to work from written instructions and technical documentation to complete assemblies accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical or electronics skills are a plus and will support troubleshooting and more complex assemblies.
Experience assembling machinery or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
Comfort working around forklifts and overhead cranes for moving larger equipment, following proper safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Medical insurance is a high-deductible plan with HSA. Coverage currently costs $19 bi-weekly for single coverage, $38 for family. Deductible is $2,500 single, $5,000 family. Bell-Mark contributes half of the yearly deductible to the employee’s HSA account each year, in quarterly installments. For example, each quarter a single coverage employee would have $312.50 deposited into their HSA account by Bell-Mark.
