Job Title: EVS Technician (Hospital Housekeeping)

Pay: $15/hr

Schedule: Full-time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 5 days a week + rotating

weekends

Location: Edmond, OK (Onsite)

What You’ll Do

As an EVS Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping the hospital clean, safe,

and ready for patients. This position focuses on detailed cleaning and room

turnover in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms after discharge, including high-touch surfaces

  • Change bed linens, strip and remake beds to hospital standards

  • Clean bathrooms, floors (mopping), furniture, and equipment

  • Collect and safely move dirty linens using proper procedures

  • Clean isolation rooms while following strict safety and infection control guidelines (PPE provided)

  • Follow daily schedules to ensure rooms are ready for incoming patients

  • Work closely with nurses, doctors, and team members to coordinate cleaning needs

  • Report any safety issues or maintenance concerns

  • Maintain high cleaning standards (rooms are regularly inspected)

What We’re Looking For

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 200 lbs.

  • Comfortable wearing protective equipment when needed

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or hospital cleaning experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edmond, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
