Skilled Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Loveland, CO

Schedule: 10‑hour shifts, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Front Half: Sun–Wed

• Back Half: Wed–Sat

• Pay: $35.50/hour

About the Opportunity

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring uptime, reliability, and operational excellence across advanced material handling and automated packaging systems. This role offers hands‑on technical work alongside opportunities to mentor junior technicians and contribute to a strong, safety‑first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and pneumatic systems

• Install, diagnose, and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment

• Provide technical support for Operations Maintenance

• Address mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related issues

• Mentor and support the development of junior technicians

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• 2+ years working with MHE, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• Preventative and reliability‑based maintenance programs

• Conveyor system maintenance

• Automation and control systems

• CMMS platforms

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

• Maintenance supervision and risk‑management principles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
