Production Worker

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Shop Helper to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the shop, production and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am – 3pm

What's the Job?

• Help maintain the production and manufacturing shop floor; clean shop floors, walkways, and work areas to maintain a safe environment

• Empty garbage and recycling containers throughout the facility

• Perform outdoor cleanup and yard work as needed

• Conduct weekly inspections of eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and emergency exit clearances

• At times, may use forklift to assist with moving materials and emptying garbage

• May assist with some production and light manufacturing work

• Assist with special projects such as moving furniture, preparing areas for cleaning, painting, or renovations

What's Needed?

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
