Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to work within a cell, testing, building, and packaging electro-mechanical products. The role involves basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards, wire bonding, and RF soldering for sub-assemblies. You will use visual and written instructions to add customer-specific components, package products, and prepare them for shipping.
Responsibilities
Conduct basic go/no-go testing of circuit boards.
Perform wire bonding and RF soldering for sub-assemblies.
Use visual and written work instructions to add customer-specific components.
Package products and stage them for shipping.
Notify material handlers of part shortages.
Lift up to 35 lbs.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly line processes.
Proficiency in handling small parts and using hand tools.
Ability to conduct testing and soldering.
Strong mechanical assembly skills.
General production and assembly production capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Able to provide references for the last 5 jobs or 7 years.
Strong English comprehension.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in production of small parts.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Work Environment
You will be working in a lean manufacturing, kan-ban, production cell environment with ESD protocols. The role requires flexibility as team rotations are frequent.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
