The Semiconductor Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing wafer fab equipment within a cleanroom environment, with a focus on diffusion, LPCVD, PVD, spin, and lithography systems across 200mm and 300mm platforms. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing issues through schematics, wiring diagrams, and signal path analysis, and completing board-level repairs using standard electrical test equipment. The technician will support complex subsystems including vacuum, gas delivery, RF/DC power, and temperature control systems while adhering to strict contamination control protocols. Responsibilities also include failure analysis, root cause identification, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to improve tool uptime and process stability. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with legacy wafer fab equipment and can independently troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure reliable manufacturing operations. MUST HAVE CLEANROOM EXPERIENCE.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
