Production Associate
Pay: Starting around $21/hour (higher with experience)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (often 2-2-3 rotation, days or nights)
Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Job Summary
The Production Associate is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role supports beverage production by maintaining proper machine function, troubleshooting issues, and completing required documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment safely while maintaining quality and efficiency
Observe machine operations to ensure products meet quality and packaging standards
Adjust machine settings such as flow, speed, and temperature as needed
Stop, reset, and troubleshoot equipment when malfunctions occur
Identify and report deviations from standard operating conditions
Collaborate with team members to determine root causes of issues and resolve problems
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safety and compliance
Complete production documentation and reports accurately
Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math, computer, and communication skills
Manufacturing experience preferred
Food & beverage experience a plus
Knowledge of sanitation, GMPs, or allergen control is a plus
Experience completing production paperwork preferred
