We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a recruiting specialist who can lead full-cycle talent efforts, strengthen candidate pipelines, and elevate the overall hiring experience. The role will partner closely with business leaders to attract talent with relevant experience across a range of corporate and leadership functions while helping build a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions by using proactive sourcing methods and market research.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions.

• Manage corporate recruiting efforts across multiple functions while ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.

• Execute targeted outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and expand access to high-quality talent.

• Support executive-level searches by coordinating recruitment plans, assessing talent, and guiding stakeholders through the selection process.

• Strengthen employer branding efforts through compelling job marketing, candidate communication, and representation of the organization in the talent market.

• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress, using data and insights to improve processes and inform workforce planning discussions.

• Part time schedule - (20-25 hours per week)

• Position can be done remotely

Requirements • Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in corporate recruiting environments.

• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple job levels and business functions.

• Hands-on expertise in talent sourcing, including direct outreach and pipeline development for niche or competitive roles.

• Experience supporting executive recruiting assignments with strong judgment and professionalism.

• Knowledge of employer branding practices that enhance candidate attraction and market visibility.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.
