Job Description:
Looking for experience licensed Electricians (EE98J) to perform a wide range of electrical installation tasks on new construction projects, including measuring, cutting, bending, and installing various types of wiring and conduit. The electrician will work as part of a team to install and terminate electrical systems, set lighting and equipment, and support safe and efficient project completion in a dynamic construction environment.
Essential Skills:
Current EE98J license in good standing.
Proficiency in measuring, cutting, bending, and installing electrical wire, aluminum, EMT, and MC cable.
Experience running and bending conduit in commercial construction environments.
Ability to pull wire and perform accurate terminations for lighting, equipment, and other electrical systems.
Capability to work safely on ladders and lifts on active construction sites.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively alongside other electricians and helpers.
Flexibility to work a 40-hour workweek with variable hours and weekend work as needed.
Experience in new commercial construction electrical installations.
Familiarity with trenching and basic operation of construction equipment related to electrical work.
Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks within a field team.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, bend, and install electrical wire, aluminum, EMT, and MC cable according to project specifications and electrical codes.
Pull wire and make accurate and secure terminations for lighting, equipment, and other electrical devices.
Set, install, and align lighting fixtures and electrical equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with plans.
Install and run conduit, including bending conduit for commercial construction applications.
Assist with and perform trenching and basic equipment operation as needed to support electrical installations.
Work safely and efficiently on ladders and lifts to complete tasks at height on a new construction site.
Collaborate closely with other electricians and helpers, contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Provide coaching, guidance, and task delegation to helpers and less experienced team members when appropriate.
Follow all safety procedures and site protocols while working outdoors and exposed to the elements.
Maintain flexibility with work schedule, including adapting to changing priorities and working weekends when required to meet project deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
