Description

Our client, a leading organization in the data and analytics industry, is seeking a Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader to join their team. As a Snowflake CoE Leader, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting strategic growth and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader

Location: Hybrid in Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and New Jersey.

Pay Range: $180,000 - $200,000

What's the Job?

  • Drive the growth, capability development, and delivery excellence of the Snowflake practice within the organization.

  • Partner with sales teams to build pipeline, lead pre-sales activities, craft solution designs, and develop reusable Snowflake assets.

  • Ensure successful delivery of Snowflake projects, acting as an executive sponsor for key engagements and guiding teams on modern data architectures.

  • Build internal Snowflake competency through training, certifications, and talent development initiatives.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, publish insights, and lead knowledge-sharing across global communities.

What's Needed?

  • 15+ years of experience in data/cloud consulting, including 5+ years with Snowflake.

  • Proven leadership in large-scale data modernization programs.

  • Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, optimization, governance, sharing, and cost management.

  • Strong client-facing, pre-sales, and consulting skills.

  • Relevant Snowflake certifications preferred.
