Job Title: Process Technician - Day Shift
Job Description
The Process Technician is responsible for monitoring production equipment and ensuring the machines in their assigned work cells are running efficiently. The Process Technician will identify problems and make process changes based on established protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
Monitor production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Identify and troubleshoot problems with production processes.
Make process changes according to established protocols and procedures.
Use and read measurement equipment such as rulers, tape measures, and calipers.
Enter data into the IQMS or equivalent system.
Review and document production processes.
Complete Technician Training Programs.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to use and read measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and thermometers.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience or completion of some college courses.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in GMP, ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, 5S, process troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
General knowledge of hand tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
