Description We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Villanova, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a creative individual with a strong background in designing user-centric digital experiences. The role requires expertise in Figma, and familiarity with pharmaceutical and direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine designs based on feedback and usability studies.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance overall digital presence.
• Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies to deliver iterative design updates.
• Perform A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and optimize user experience.
• Work on projects related to pharmaceutical and DTC industries, ensuring compliance and innovation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced designers when needed. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD.
• Strong understanding of CSS and its integration into design workflows.
• Familiarity with Android development and responsive design principles.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to inform design improvements.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in design projects.
• Ability to create designs that enhance brand awareness and digital presence.
• Prior experience working on projects within the pharmaceutical or DTC sectors is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
