Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair DPF, DEF, and SCR systems with high diagnostic accuracy.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify root causes and prevent repeat failures.
Oversee and perform preventive maintenance on fleet and equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
Identify trends in equipment failures and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Support maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure operational continuity.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of maintenance documentation and work orders.
Essential Skills
5+ years of diesel technician experience, preferably in fleet, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.
Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, emissions systems, hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and air brake systems.
Proven ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL strongly preferred or willingness to obtain.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with diesel, truck troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of welding, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
Experience in DOT inspection and diesel maintenance.

Work Environment
- This role requires working in outdoor and industrial shop environments with exposure to noise, grease, dust, and varying temperatures. The work schedule is 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
