Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Basic Production Operator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
We are seeking individuals with some manufacturing experience who are reliable and punctual, ready to contribute to our production efficiency.
Responsibilities
Monitor machinery during operation and promptly alert maintenance of any apparent breakdowns.
Perform quality checks on products to identify defects or blemishes.
Label products as acceptable or requiring rework based on inspection results.
Assist with packing and general production duties.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and general manufacturing processes.
Ability to perform thorough quality inspections.
Skilled in monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Experience with quality inspection processes.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. The setting is neither overly loud nor hot, allowing for a comfortable working experience.
Pay Rate: $15/hr.
Monthly Profit Bonus: Earn $100 for each month performance metrics are met
- Average payout: 10 out of 12 months annually (~$1,000/year)
Overtime Opportunities:
- Consistently available and encouraged (average ~50 hours per week)
Quarterly Attendance Bonus:
$250 per quarter for perfect attendance (no unexcused absences)
Up to $1,000 annually
Seasonal Bonuses:
Summer Bonus: $700–$1,000
Holiday Bonus: $700–$1,000
Drive Bonus: Gas expenses reimbursed based on commute distance
Total Earning Potential
When factoring in bonuses and overtime, total compensation can average approximately $24/hour , with significant upside paid out through bonuses and incentives.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
