Our client, in Omaha NE, is seeking a Mail Services Specialist to join their team. As a Mail Services Specialist I, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting internal mail operations and front desk services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mail Services Specialist

Pay Range: $18/hr
What’s the Job?
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and express packages
Operate mail metering machines and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
Assist customers in person and by phone, directing inquiries appropriately
Perform clerical tasks including scanning, filing, and supply ordering
Maintain databases and process service and space requests
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service or mailroom experience
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
