Job Description
Responsible for troubleshooting machinery and equipment on the floor, performing basic maintenance, making small repairs, and ensuring machines run smoothly. You will work closely with various departments, using hand tools and reading blueprints to complete your tasks.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot machinery and equipment on the floor.
Perform basic maintenance and small repairs on machines.
Make necessary adjustments to machinery.
Test equipment and check sensors.
Complete mechanical repairs and tooling fixtures.
Perform daily changeovers on machinery and ensure proper operation post-changeover.
Conduct quality checks on initial parts after changeovers.
Handle a variety of tasks as needed, including changeovers, repairs, and assembly.
Perform minimal electrical work, such as changing low voltage sensors.
Communicate effectively with maintenance, production, engineering, and quality departments.
Document daily activities and write reports using a computer.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
