Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

Create and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)

Source candidates using databases, networking, and innovative recruiting techniques

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Assist in onboarding and new hire orientation as needed

Track hiring metrics and generate reports on recruitment performance

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. This role plays a critical part in building strong talent pipelines and helping the organization meet its hiring goals.
