Description

Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a construction-focused team in Dallas, Texas. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage administrative priorities, coordinate schedules, and serve as a reliable point of contact for incoming communication. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, confidence working with data, and the ability to keep workflows moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring documents, records, and internal communications are maintained accurately and on time.

• Handle inbound calls professionally, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members.

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments to support efficient scheduling across multiple priorities.

• Enter, review, and update operational data with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining organized reporting files.

• Use Microsoft Excel to build, maintain, and validate spreadsheets, including formula-based tracking and lookup functions.

• Prepare reports and summaries by analyzing datasets and presenting key information in a clear, usable format.

• Support learning management system activities such as tracking participation, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative updates.

• Assist with scheduling logistics and provide general coordination support to help teams stay aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Requirements • Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar business support role.

• Proven ability to manage inbound phone communication and maintain a detail-focused, service-oriented approach.

• Strong calendar management and scheduling skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and data entry tasks.

• Familiarity with data analysis, analytical datasets, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Experience working with learning management systems or comparable platforms is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a contract position environment. TalentMatch®
