Our client, a leading hospitality service provider, is seeking a Customer Surveyer to join their team. As a Customer Surveyer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting guest experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide surveys to hotel guests to gather valuable feedback.
Engage with guests during breakfast hours to encourage participation in surveys.
Sort, number, and scan completed questionnaires for data processing.
Maintain organized records and communicate results via WhatsApp.
Prepare work materials and ensure everything is ready for each service.
What's Needed?
Must have at least one year of experience in customer service.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Availability to work any day of the week, excluding holidays.
Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 6:30 a.m.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
