Key Responsibilities: tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Program Leadership & Execution:
Lead end-to-end program delivery for acquisition and retention offer initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and business outcomes
Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Finance, Tech Dev, CX, and Market organizations
Establish program structure, governance, milestones, and reporting to enable consistent delivery
Offer Strategy Enablement:
Partner with Pricing & Market Development leaders to enable: Acquisition offer strategy & development (WLS, AIA, Converged) Retention offer strategy & lifecycle management, Local pricing strategy, and market-specific offer optimization
Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and implementation plans
Business Case & Financial Alignment:
Support development and validation of business cases for new offers and pricing strategies
Align initiatives with capital planning, marketing budget development, and financial targets
Ensure trade-offs are clearly articulated and aligned with leadership
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication:
Serve as a single point of coordination across senior stakeholders
Facilitate alignment across: Local forecasting and scenario planning teams, Go-to-market and competitive response teams, and Market intelligence and analytics partners
Deliver clear, concise executive updates on program status, risks, and decisions required
Offer Governance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to offer governance processes, approvals, and compliance requirements
Drive quality control across offer design, pricing accuracy, and execution readiness
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and lead resolution across teams
Job Contribution:
This role is an experienced professional recognized as an expert in program management and cross-functional execution.
Leads large-scale, high-impact programs with strategic autonomy
Influences executive decision-making across pricing, marketing, and go-to-market functions
Drives long-term initiatives that shape offer strategy and market competitiveness
Operates as a trusted partner to senior leadership across multiple organizations

- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Experience:
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt. earns between $106,100 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
