Production Operator / Assembly Line Associate – 2nd Shift – $18/hr – Weekly Pay – Salisbury, NC

We are hiring dependable Production Operators / Assembly Line Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Salisbury, NC. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates with some manufacturing or hands-on work experience who are looking to grow in a stable, long-term role.

Pay & Schedule:
$18.00 - $18.60 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Work on an assembly line coating, prepping, and finishing panels
Follow basic production standards to meet daily goals
Inspect materials to ensure quality and consistency
Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Entry-level candidates welcome with some manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
Strong attendance and reliability are a must
Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and wearing PPE
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
