Production Operator / Assembly Line Associate – 2nd Shift – $18/hr – Weekly Pay – Salisbury, NC

We are hiring dependable Production Operators / Assembly Line Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Salisbury, NC. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates with some manufacturing or hands-on work experience who are looking to grow in a stable, long-term role.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 - $18.60 per hour (Weekly Pay)

• Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on an assembly line coating, prepping, and finishing panels

• Follow basic production standards to meet daily goals

• Inspect materials to ensure quality and consistency

• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

• Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates welcome with some manufacturing, production, or general labor experience

• Strong attendance and reliability are a must

• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and wearing PPE

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
