As an Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting warehouse, blending, and shipping operations. 🕒 Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Operators to join our team in Houston, TX. This position involves supporting blending and production operations by safely handling raw materials, operating equipment, and assisting with packaging and shipping processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Please note: this role involves working in hot warehouse and production conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport raw materials from warehouse storage to blending operations safely and efficiently

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment

  • Accurately measure and load raw materials into blending processes

  • Record lot numbers, production data, and related documentation

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Assist with packaging, palletizing, and shipping finished products

  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Strong basic math and measurement skills

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders accurately

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in hot environments and performing physical labor

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus

  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
