💼 What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work hands-on creating custom conveyors, stairs, and handrails , bringing engineered designs to life through precision MIG welding and fabrication.
Perform MIG welding on light-gauge to structural steel components
Read and interpret blueprints, including welding symbols
Measure, cut, prep, and fit materials for fabrication
Support prep work such as grinding, deburring, and general shop tasks
Operate fabrication equipment (grinders, saws, drill presses, brake presses, etc.)
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Collaborate with teammates on larger builds and custom projects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Communicate effectively to keep production on track
đź§° What You Bring
6+ months of hands-on MIG welding experience (on-the-job required)
Ability to confidently read a tape measure
Experience with blueprints and welding symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Shift: Monday–Friday,
1st and 2nd shift openings
Pay: $20–$24/hour
Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
