💼 What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work hands-on creating custom conveyors, stairs, and handrails , bringing engineered designs to life through precision MIG welding and fabrication.

• Perform MIG welding on light-gauge to structural steel components

• Read and interpret blueprints, including welding symbols

• Measure, cut, prep, and fit materials for fabrication

• Support prep work such as grinding, deburring, and general shop tasks

• Operate fabrication equipment (grinders, saws, drill presses, brake presses, etc.)

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• Collaborate with teammates on larger builds and custom projects

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Communicate effectively to keep production on track

🧰 What You Bring

• 6+ months of hands-on MIG welding experience (on-the-job required)

• Ability to confidently read a tape measure

• Experience with blueprints and welding symbols

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

📅 Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday–Friday,

• 1st and 2nd shift openings

• Pay: $20–$24/hour

• Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
