About the Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to support customers in both English and Spanish. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience across phone, email, and/or chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve issues related to accounts, orders, billing, or general support

• Accurately document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems

• Follow established processes while meeting service-level expectations

• Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure timely follow-up

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused mindset
