Description We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Cold Spring, Minnesota. In this role, you will act as the vital link between customer needs and internal teams, leveraging market insights to shape product strategies and drive growth. With a focus on the commercial construction market, you will oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and impactful.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of product strategies across the portfolio to meet market demands and deliver customer value.
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, enhancements, portfolio optimization, and phase-out strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and advocate for initiatives that enhance the company’s market position.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate product training for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies.
• Partner with marketing teams to create impactful go-to-market plans, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of product management efforts and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain expertise in industry best practices, emerging trends, and methodologies to continuously improve product management processes.
• Drive effective communication and change management practices to align stakeholders and support strategic goals. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
• 6 plus years of experience in product management or product marketing, preferably within the commercial construction sector.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, finance, cost accounting, and market analysis.
• Proven skills in research, forecasting, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
• Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, including buyer journey mapping and sales enablement.
• Knowledge of competitive analysis, customer personas, and market segmentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in B2B marketing, brand activation, budgeting, and content marketing
