Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

• Sort, lift, catch, and package ceramic and glass tiles

• Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tile and glazes

• Operate production machinery and equipment

• Perform basic assembly tasks

• Clean production lines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous manufacturing or general production experience, preferably in an industrial environment with large machines and equipment.

• Experience performing production, general labor, assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks.

• Strong attention to detail

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in an older industrial or heavy manufacturing environment.

• Comfort working around kilns, high temperatures, and large mechanical equipment.

• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in counting tasks over long periods.

• Openness to career development from entry-level production roles into operator, team lead, and management positions.

• Willingness to participate in training and coaching programs to support personal and professional growth.

• Ability to work effectively while listening to music with one earbud, where permitted and safe.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
