We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hard work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and are committed to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of construction labor tasks on active job sites

• Handle heavy lifting of materials, tools, and equipment throughout the workday

• Work in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow

• Operate and assist with power washing of heavy machinery, vehicles, and equipment

• Support skilled trades by preparing job sites, moving materials, and maintaining cleanliness

• Use hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and effectively

• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and union standards

• Assist with demolition, excavation, concrete work, and site cleanup as needed

• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to job sites
