Why Work Here?

You will join a company that invests in its people, facilities, and equipment, offering clear opportunities for growth and skill development. Pay increases are based on your skills, performance, and work ethic, with formal 90-day reviews and the potential for earlier raises. You can expand your capabilities by learning additional machines such as a drill press and ironworker, supported by a team that values long-term tenure and internal promotion. The organization regularly recognizes employees with food, treats, and gift cards throughout the year, and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits with a portion of the cost covered. Recent investments in the building and new machinery create a modern, well-equipped production environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded.

Work Environment

This role is based in a non-climate-controlled production facility where you can expect to get dirty and work in hot conditions during the summer. Some parts are greasy, and you should be comfortable working with greasy materials and in a hands-on industrial setting. The typical schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with most weeks at around 40 hours. Saturdays are almost never required, and any occasional overtime is communicated well in advance. Most of the machines in the facility are new, reflecting recent investments in the building and equipment. Uniforms are available for purchase if you prefer dedicated work attire suitable for a welding and fabrication environment.
