Description We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies. Your expertise will play a key role in optimizing workflows and supporting agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Perform gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance business processes.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage project tracking, documentation, and communication effectively.

• Conduct AB testing to analyze the impact of proposed changes and validate system enhancements.

• Facilitate agile scrum processes, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to clearly outline project objectives and deliverables.

• Support CRM system optimization and functionality improvement.

• Work with JDE EnterpriseOne to integrate business processes and ensure system efficiency.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.

• Provide training and insights to team members on new systems and processes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.

• Expertise in conducting gap analysis and AB testing.

• Familiarity with agile scrum methodologies and backlog grooming.

• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne and its integration capabilities.
